The year 2015 kicked off promisingly for all fans of Melodic Metals: with SERIOUS BLACK, another "Allstar band" enriched the scene by releasing the debut "As Daylight Breaks" drawing raves from the professional press and fans alike. What happened next came as a surprise to many observers: not only did "As Daylight Breaks" jump straight to the Media Control album charts, but on its release, SERIOUS BLACK went straight on a huge European tour with HammerFall, played numerous festivals, were special guest of Kamelot at their three Germany gigs in July 2015 and in the autumn they toured Europe as a special guest of Gamma Ray. It’s obvious: SERIOUS BLACK love to perform. Not just a project: this band is for real. There’s no end in sight to this activity of the last 18 months: on 9 September, the highly anticipated second album of "Mirrorworld" will be released.
