Nå kommer endelig denne klassikeren på DVD. Den inneholder hele konserten (66 minutter) inklusive låtene som ikke sendtes på TV, "Something in the Way" og "Oh Me". I tillegg inngår fem tidligere upubliserte prøveinnspillinger.
Den 18. september 1993 ble denne konserten filmet i Sony Music Studios, den 14. desember ble den sendt, bare fire måneder før Kurt Cobain dødde.
DVDen har Dollby Stereo 5.1-surround-lyd og inneholder begge to versjoner, både den korte som sendtes på MTV og den lange som viser hele framstillingen. Da konserten kom ut på CD i november 1994 gikk den straks inn som nummer 1 på Billboard-listen og fikk en grammy for "Beste alternative musikkalbum".
