HateSphere is back and determined to wreak absolute devastation with extreme aggression and a unique, sick touch. The Danish band is a well-oiled war machine and has once again released a bestial album. 'Hatred reborn' is textbook thrash-death metal, just waiting to be played live: razor-sharp riffs, a few mind-blowing melodic solos, a groovy and dense rhythm section, and a truly hysterical and menacing vocals (courtesy of new frontman Mathias Uldall) - not to mention the subtle, brilliant songwriting diversity that pops up here and there. Lyrically, 'Hatred reborn' revolves around the theme of human fascination with evil. Every individual is drawn to darkness in some form or another, whether through actual events or fictional scenarios, and HateSphere knows how to deal with the seasons in the abyss.
