POWERWOLF, currently the most successful German band in Heavy Metal , is back with the Tour edition of their last album Call Of The Wild, as well as Missa Cantorem II! Just in time for the start of their European headlining Tour, which will lead the wolves through the biggest venues in Europe with their largest production ever!

With the very successful and critically acclaimed streaming event The Monumental Mass: A Cinematic Metal Event (number 1 in the official German album and DVD charts), POWERWOLF once again made a strong statement in the international music scene.

Just in time for the Wolfsnächte 2022 headliner Tour, the successful album Call Of The Wild is being released as a Tour edition, including new artwork created once again by the magnificent Zsofia Dankova. In addition, the band is releasing the vocal cover album Missa Cantorem II, on which eleven well-known international singers reinterpret the eleven songs from Call Of The Wild. Missa Cantorem II brings together some of the best singers in metal, including Blind Guardian's Hansi Kürsch, Sabaton and Majestica's Tommy Johansson, Kissin' Dynamite's Hannes Braun, and Amaranthe and Dynazty's Nils Molin, who reinterpret the successful 2021 album Call Of The Wild. Each song on the album is honored with its own vocal cover, which allows the songs to shine in a new light.

The title track 'Call Of The Wild' is newly sung by none other than the legendary Hansi Kürsch on Missa Cantorem II. The result is a perfect combination of his unmistakable voice and the iconic POWERWOLF sound.

One of the biggest hits from the album, the live anthem 'Dancing With The Dead,' is embellished by the versatile and distinctive voice of Kissin' Dynamite singer Hannes Braun, while Amaranthe and Dynazty singer Nils Molin takes ownership of 'Alive or Undead,' and Sabaton guitarist and Majestica singer Tommy Johansson gives 'Sermon Of Swords' a new twist.

On the Wolfsnächte 2022 Tour, POWERWOLF will once again prove that they have earned their outstanding status in the metal scene!
