Nimrod' by Green Day will be released as a Deluxe Edition to celebrate its 25th anniversary, featuring 3 CDs.

Green Day is celebrating the anniversary of their triple-platinum award-winning work with the announcement of a special box set: 'Nimrod 25 - 25th Anniversary Edition' will be released on January 27, 2023. In addition to the original album, the box set will include a disc with previously unreleased demos and a live set from the Electric Factory in Philadelphia, recorded on November 14, 1997 - one month after the release of 'Nimrod.' The 20-song set includes several tracks from 'Nimrod' as well as fan favorites from their earlier albums and singles. The demo disc features 14 tracks, including two unreleased Green Day songs ('You Irritate Me,' which is available now and can be listened to below, and 'Tre Polka'), as well as an unreleased cover version of Elvis Costello's classic 'Alison.' The 3-CD box set includes a booklet, a fabric patch, and a backstage pass.
