The Belgian metalheads EVIL INVADERS are back! Their fourth album, Shattering Reflection, will be released on April 1, 2022, and is an energetic attack with the typical mixture of death, thrash, and speed metal, spiced up with progressive elements. This mix is a clear homage to 80s scene giants like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Razor, and Exciter. Their previous album, Feed Me Violence (2017), was celebrated by both fans and the international press. Additionally, the guys have a lot to offer live, as they have already proven at some of the world's most important festivals such as Summer Breeze, Wacken Open Air, and Graspop Metal Meeting.

The latest work from the Belgians starts with two blistering tracks: 'Hissing in Crescendo' impresses with fast riffing and pounding drums, driven forward by Joes' high-pitched vocals. It is followed by the epic anthem 'Die For Me,' which maintains the immense energy of the first song. The powerful mid-tempo track 'Forgotten Memories' shows a calmer side, creating a dense wall of sound underscored by heavy guitars. 'In Deepest Black' is an equally captivating song that showcases the band's versatility with melodic guitar lines and catchy refrains. The quartet offers a furious outburst with 'Sledgehammer Justice,' mixing traditional Heavy Metal with speed metal elements and emphasizing it with massive solos. Throughout the album, the band successfully balances energetic, classic thrash with quieter instrumental passages like 'Aeon' and 'Darkness,' creating a dark atmosphere.
