After a long 6 years, XANDRIA is back on 03.02.2023 with a new lineup and a new studio album, The Wonders Still Awaiting!

The pioneers of German symphonic metal, led by mastermind and band founder Marco Heubaum, have just returned from their first European Tour with the new lineup, proving that they still belong to the absolute top of the genre in 2022.

The Wonders Still Awaiting is XANDRIA's first album marking the band's fresh start with new members including singer Ambre Vourvahis, Robert Klawonn (guitar), Tim Schwarz (bass), and Dimitrios Gatsios (drums). With a total of 13 tracks, XANDRIA showcases their new sound, which is harder, darker, and more epic than ever before, without sacrificing intimacy or emotion. Rich in various styles and genre influences, the album feels like a soundtrack, inviting listeners on a musical journey through XANDRIA's sonic universe. In addition to a 40-member classical choir, authentic Celtic instruments, and contributions from guest musicians such as SUBWAY TO SALLY's Ally Storch or a children's choir, the new album becomes a milestone in the band's history. None other than Lukas Knöbl, known for his collaborations with Hollywood stars like Roland Emmerich, was responsible for orchestrating the album. The Wonders Still Awaiting is not only released as a full-length soundtrack, but each individual song feels like a Grammy-nominated soundtrack that stimulates the listeners' imagination and transports them to other worlds.
