"Global Purification", thus the title of the sixth full length album by THANATOS - an illustrious name, which has been infesting the underground metal scene ever since 1984.
On their 30th year anniversary THANATOS set free their sixth full length studio album. Produced by the band themselves as well as mixed and mastered by Dan Swanö, "Global Purification" includes ten brand new songs, with which the band outdoes themselves in both power and sheer aggression. Despite the speed and fierceness there are enough hooks, catchy riffs and melodies, which will burn into your brain after only listening to them once. The new album combines elements of aggressive thrash metal and old-school death metal and takes you on an adventure to a time, when metal still was there to break rules and break down boundaries.
